Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Email seenzoned.shop@gmail.com with your order number before mailing anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct address.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour? Items must be unworn and unwashed. You pay the return postage.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item? Send a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return postage if we require a return.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
